According to CNN, Google is looking to help unemployed workers by funding their career certification programs. The company plans to provide 100 thousand scholarships. The programs are for data analytics, user experience design, and project management. No college degree or previous experience is needed. Oregon introduced a new system Friday for processing jobless claims from self-employed workers, using technology developed by Google.
