Study finds brain abnormalities ‘common’ in COVID-19 patients

A new study is shedding light on how COVID-19 is disrupting normal brain function in infected patients.

Researchers at the Baylor College of Medicine reviewed 84 studies involving more than 600 patients who had been diagnosed with COVID-19. The median age was 61, and two-thirds of the patients were men, while one-third were women.
