A day after the stunning acquisition of Deshaun Watson, the Cleveland Browns are planning to sign quarterback Jacoby Brissett to back him up, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.
If Watson ends up serving an NFL suspension, Brissett could see significantly more action than the average backup quarterback.
