Russian internet search engine Yandex plans to acquire ADV-Service, reports Comnews.ru. ADV-Service is the creator of the eLama tech platform, which will be used to carry out advertising campaigns on Yandex.Direct, Google Ads, Facebook, VKontakte and other systems. Analysts said the acquisition is worth USD 2-3 million.
