Customers can choose the robot delivery option on either the Yandex.Eats or Yandex Go apps. Once an order is placed, supermarket staff pick the items and load them onto the Rover, which heads to the customer’s address.
Upon its arrival, the customer will receive a notification, and an ‘unlock’ button will appear on the app. Rovers are capable of carrying up to 20kg of goods.
