NBC’s viewership for the Winter Olympics has been disappointing so far: Monday’s broadcast attracted 11.5 million viewers, a stark 48.4% decline from the 2018 Olympics during that same time slot. The opening ceremonies and weekend programming were also down more than 40% from the previous Winter Olympics.
According to one analyst, however, the Super Bowl may be the key to reviving Comcast’s (CMCSA) streaming outlook.
