The acceleration of remote work has created an entirely new category of long-term travel, according to Airbnb (ABNB) CEO Brian Chesky. Yahoo Japan is one of the companies leading the way in the work from home revolution, telling its 8,000 employees that they can work from anywhere in the country.  The new policy takes effect April 1. Yahoo workers in Japan have been told that they can work from anywhere in the country rather than return to the office – and commute by plane when necessary.  Around 8,000 employees will benefit from the change, which takes effect on April 1, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
