Verizon Media has launched an online grocery service that enables Yahoo Mail users to make Walmart purchases directly from their inbox. Called “Groceries from Walmart,” the service marks the first time that an email provider allows users to fill a shopping cart straight from their email inbox, Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Verizon Media said Monday. Google Maps is making it easier for bikeshare users to navigate their city with an update to Maps now rolling out across 10 major markets. Already, Google Maps could point users to bikesharing locations and it has long since offered cycling directions between any two points.
