Fisker (FSR) shares are on the move after the company posted an upbeat quarterly financial report. Though the EV automaker hasn’t posted meaningful revenue or earnings yet, its upcoming first model, the Fisker Ocean SUV, crossed 56,000 reservations as of August 1. The energy transition is well underway as solar demand blazes higher. Figures from Google, one of the most prolific collectors of location data, show that the company received 5,764 “geofence” warrants between 2018 and 2020 from police in the 10 states that have banned abortion as of July 5. These warrants demand GPS data showing which mobile devices were present in a specified area during a particular time period, and can help investigate individuals who were present at crime scenes or other locations of interest. (Reuters) – Electric vehicle maker Rivian Automotive Inc said on Tuesday it is on track to achieve its production target of 25,000 vehicles this year, sending its shares up 2.4% in extended trading. The company said it had made 2,553 vehicles and delivered 1,227 cars in the first quarter.
