FRANKFURT (Reuters) – Tesla on Thursday revised its application for a planned gigafactory in Europe to include details for plans to produce battery cells on site and an expansion of other production lines, German officials said. It also includes plans to reduce water consumption so that usage remains constant compared to earlier proposals despite the expansion. Google Photos will officially end its unlimited free storage policy for pictures at ‘high resolution’ and ‘express resolution’ starting tomorrow, June 1. The policy change was announced in November last year. Walmart (WMT), which recently gave many of its workers a raise, said on Wednesday that two-thirds of its hourly associates will be full-time with consistent schedules by the end of the current fiscal year. Of Walmart’s 1.2 million hourly U.S. store associates, approximately 740,000 will be full-time hourly associates by Jan. 31, 2022.
