Housing activity slowed for a second straight month in March. Existing home sales fell 2.7% to a seasonally adjusted 5.77 million units in March from a month earlier, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The housing market in the U.S. may finally be cooling off. Pending home sales, a leading indicator of the health of the housing market, declined for the fourth straight month.
