As his Phoenix Suns secured a Game 1 win over the Los Angeles Clippers in the Western Conference finals on Sunday, the NBA announced that general manager James Jones is the league’s Executive of the Year.  Jones won the award in a tight race, earning nine first-place votes and 65 total points. The Tennessee Titans might have the best wide receiver duo in the NFL. The team made a huge splash Sunday, acquiring All-Pro wideout Julio Jones from the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons announced the news Sunday, revealing the team will receive a second and a fourth-round pick for Jones. The Falcons will send back a sixth-round pick in 2023.
