Bengals, under bettors happy over Raiders FG

The Las Vegas Raiders‘ decision to kick a late field goal was debatable. Cincinnati Bengals bettors won’t debate it.  With 3:37 left, the Raiders trailed 26-16 in Saturday’s AFC wild-card game. They had fourth-and-3 from the Bengals’ 10. The Raiders needed a touchdown and a field goal at that point, but it’s a lot harder to go the length of the field and score a touchdown. They could have gone for the touchdown there, at the risk of the game being practically over if they didn’t get it on… Source link

Jags’ Jimmy Smith happy for Tim Tebow over Kaepernick

It’s easy to see why people are confused by Urban Meyer’s move to consider bringing Tim Tebow to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The former Heisman Trophy winner hasn’t played in the NFL since 2012 and has been busy trying to make it in Major League Baseball for years. Tebow, 33, also hasn’t ever played tight end, which is what Meyer is considering for his former star QB on a one-year deal. Longtime former Jaguars wide receiver Jimmy Smith, however, is all about it. “We need a guy like Tim… Source link
