Jeff Gladney, a former first-round pick who played for the Minnesota Vikings and Arizona Cardinals, has died at age 25. According to Clarence Hill Jr. and Drew Davison of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Gladney died in a car accident. Both the Cardinals and Vikings confirmed his death on their official Twitter accounts Monday afternoon. Adreian Payne, the former Michigan State big man and 2014 first-round pick of the Atlanta Hawks, has died at age 31. According to a press release from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Orlando, Fla., Payne was shot early Sunday morning and was pronounced dead on arrival at a local hospital. Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins died early Saturday morning after he was hit by a dump truck near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was 24.
