The number of Covid infections among Los Angeles-area Google employees nearly doubled over the weekend, according to the count on the county’s official Covid workplace outbreak site. In the wake of the US Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade overturn, Google said Friday that it will not retain data on those who visit abortion information and clinics websites.
