Nate Diaz wants out of the UFC. The longtime MMA star publicly asked the UFC and president Dana White to release him from his contract on Twitter on Saturday. “I would like to request to be released from the UFC,” he wrote. “I apologize for asking online but you don’t give me a fight ASAP I got s**t to do.” Diaz has one last fight left on his current contract with the UFC. June Jones wanted to return to Hawaii and lead the football program again. In fact, he still wants the head job. The Denver Nuggets are signing DeMarcus Cousins to a 10-day contract on Friday, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported. It’s the center’s fourth team in two years since coming back from an ACL injury that kept him out of the 2019-20 NBA season.  The 10-day contract covers six games on the Nuggets schedule. The 2021 Carolina Panthers got off to a promising 3-0 start, but after winning just two of their next 12 games, reports of discord and even “embarrassment” are starting to emerge.
