Prosecutor in Jodi Arias murder case agrees to disbarment

PHOENIX (AP) — A former Arizona prosecutor known for winning a conviction in the Jodi Arias murder case agreed Friday to be disbarred in an ethics case in which he was accused of leaking the identity of an Arias juror and sexually harassing female law clerks in his office. Ashley Moody: Deadline Approaching for Restitution Claims in Yahoo Data Breach Case

On Wednesday, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody’s Office issued a Consumer Alert to urge victims of the Yahoo Inc. and Aabaco Small Business, LLC’s data breaches to claim millions of dollars made available for restitution.
