Michigan assistant coach Mike Hart was carted off the field on a stretcher in the first half of the Wolverines’ game against Indiana. Hart was awake and alert as he was carted off after a medical episode and the entire Michigan team gathered around him on the sideline as he was being tended to by training staff. The San Francisco 49ers were forced to turn back to Jimmy Garoppolo after starting quarterback Trey Lance was carted off with an ankle injury in the first quarter of their Week 2 match with the Seattle Seahawks. A collision with a cameraman led to Washington Football Team tight end Ricky Seals-Jones leaving the field on a stretcher Sunday.  The incident occurred in the second quarter of Washington’s 20-16 defeat against the Philadelphia Eagles. Seals-Jones attempted to catch a pass in the end zone from quarterback Tyler Heinicke.
