SpaceX has had repeated run-ins with local authorities and residents stemming from its spaceport in Boca Chica, Texas. Google’s John Mueller advises site owners to be careful not to block Googlebot if they choose to block traffic from an entire country. Mueller addressed this topic twice over the past week.
