Cleveland Cavaliers star Jarrett Allen will not have surgery on his fractured left middle finger, and there is optimism he could return before the end of the regular season, league sources told Yahoo Sports. The beef in Boston appears to have officially been quashed. Celtics great Kevin Garnett saw his jersey retired at TD Garden on Sunday. During the ceremony, he called out former teammate Ray Allen, who was sitting in the stands. “It’s good to see Ray Allen here, real s***,” Garnett said. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the New Orleans Saints are promoting from within to replace Sean Payton, naming defensive coordinator Dennis Allen as their new head coach. The NBA is suspending Milwaukee Bucks guard Grayson Allen one game for a flagrant foul that broke Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso‘s wrist.  The Bucks “disagree” with the decision. Milwaukee Bucks guard Grayson Allen was ejected on Friday night after committing a hard foul that sent Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso slamming onto the court.
