Cleveland Cavaliers star Jarrett Allen will not have surgery on his fractured left middle finger, and there is optimism he could return before the end of the regular season, league sources told Yahoo Sports. The NBA is suspending Milwaukee Bucks guard Grayson Allen one game for a flagrant foul that broke Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso‘s wrist.  The Bucks “disagree” with the decision. Milwaukee Bucks guard Grayson Allen was ejected on Friday night after committing a hard foul that sent Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso slamming onto the court. Allen, about halfway through the third quarter of Milwaukee’s 94-90 win at Fiserv Forum, went up to contest a Caruso layup at the rim.
