U.S. stock futures were higher Friday morning after the December jobs report showed the economy added more jobs than expected in the final month of 2022.
About 40 minutes before the market open, futures tied to the S&P 500 (^GSPC) and Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) were up about 0.9%, while contracts on the technology-heavy Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) were higher by closer to 1%.
