A woman has been charged with animal cruelty after she threw a dog from the second-floor balcony during a police visit. Police were called to a motel in Daytona Beach Florida on December 14 after the woman reportedly attacked a maid and was seen standing on the railing of the balcony threatening to jump, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.
