Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Justin Layne was arrested on multiple charges near his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, on Friday, Willoughby Hill Police said via multiple outlets. Layne, 23, faces charges of speeding, driving with a suspended license and improper handling of a firearm.  The third-year cornerback was pulled over at around 3 a.m. for speeding on Interstate 90 about 15 miles from the city, Melinda Roeder at KDKA Radio reported.
