100 block of Wood Street – Officers issued a summons in lieu of arrest to a 34-year-old woman during a traffic stop after she stopped the vehicle in the middle of the road with the lights off and just prior had attempted to avoid the police cruiser by pulling over several times when an officer got behind them in his cruiser. She was charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs, marijuana.
