Eve Black, the woman who last week filmed herself passing through a Melbourne checkpoint without answering police questions, has been detained in a dramatic arrest.
The 28-year-old was intercepted at 1.55pm on Wednesday on Princes Street in Carlton, an inner-northern suburb, and once again refused to comply with requests for information from police.
