Belarusian national operator Beltelecom has expanded a joint promotion with Russian internet group Yandex. Subscribers of the operator connecting to the service Yandex.Plus are offered three months subscription free. The monthly plan then costs BYN 5.49. The promotion can be activated until 31 December.
