WASHINGTON, Sept 13 (Reuters) – The U.S. Commerce Department said it reached a cooperative research and development agreement with Alphabet Inc’s (GOOGL.O) Google to produce chips that researchers can use to develop new nanotechnology and semiconductor devices.
