Stock futures edge lower ahead of more earnings, jobs data

Stock futures traded slightly lower Tuesday evening after closing higher during the regular trading day, with investors’ optimism over rebounding corporate earnings helping counterbalance ongoing concerns over the coronavirus. Robinhood (HOOD) soared to new highs on Tuesday in a stark contrast from its public debut last week. The investing platform’s stock spiked as much as 18% by mid-session.
