Yandex Self-Driving Cars Break Into World Top 3

Yandex’s self-driving car unit has accelerated through the coronavirus pandemic, becoming one of the world’s top 3 companies for the number of miles driven by automated vehicles. GOP plan would hurt low-income families most, experts say

If the GOP’s plan to reduce extra coronavirus unemployment benefits gets passed, lower-income American families will get hurt the most. The Republican proposal released Monday suggests cutting the extra unemployment benefits to $200 a week through September and then ultimately transitioning to unemployment benefits that replace only 70% of wages. Yandex -3% as pandemic hits Q2 ad revenue (NASDAQ:YNDX)

Shares of Russian internet firm Yandex (NASDAQ:YNDX) are down 3% pre-market in U.S. trading despite beating Q2 estimates on the top and bottom line. Online ad revenue fell 15% Y/Y to RUB29.1M due to the coronavirus pandemic.
