Millions of Microsoft users still using older Windows versions 7, 8, or 8.1 will no longer be able to use Google Chrome from next week, when the internet giant drops its support for the operating systems. The move comes in unison with Google’s newest Chrome release, the first version to require Windows 10 or later.
