The Cleveland Browns are looking to bring in another quarterback this offseason, but it probably won’t be Jimmy Garoppolo. Free agent guard Ricky Rubio has reached an agreement with the Cleveland Cavaliers on a three-year, $18.4 million, league sources told Yahoo Sports.
