OREANDA-NEWS The EU has excluded from the anti-Russian sanctions lists the ex-head of Yandex Arkady Volozh, the vice-president of AFK Sistema Sergey Mndoyants and the head of the Night Wolves club Josef Gambalek, according to a document published in the official journal of the EU.
The document says that “commemorations of these persons are removed” from the sanctions lists, and “the decision comes into force the day after publication.”
