Hail, freezing rain and gale-force winds during a high-altitude mountain ultramarathon led to the deaths of 21 experienced runners in northwestern China on Saturday, state media and the Associated Press reported. The 62-mile Huanghe Shilin Mountain Marathon race began in sunny conditions that morning. Former Michigan State University basketball star Keith Appling was named as a suspect in a deadly shooting late Saturday by the Detroit Police Department.  At around 7:10 p.m. on the city’s west side a verbal altercation ensued between a 66-year-old male victim and a 29-year-old man later identified as Appling, police said. Once again, Google is hitting the reset button, combining with Samsung’s Tizen wearable operating system for a new wearable OS, tentatively called “Wear.” The company is throwing in the towel on Wear OS. Google Photos unlimited storage benefit is coming to an end on June 1. Google had announced in November last year that it was ending the unlimited storage benefit.
